The Law Office will represent a client whether a civil or criminal matter under U.S. Code Titles, the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, U.S. Department of Commerce (National Marine Fisheries Service – NMFS), the U.S. Department of the Interior (U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service- USFWS), and other U.S. federal agencies in accordance with the Agency Practice Act, 5 U.S.C. § 500 (2000), specifically § 500(b) allowing admission before any federal agency if an attorney is in good standing in their state. See also, U.S. Department of Interior, 43 CFR § 1.3(b)(2).

Patrick Flanigan is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. But if necessary and only with approval of the client, the Law Office will seek local legal counsel who are licensed to practice in states other than PA and NJ.
